Kelsey Shaw was crowned Miss BEA 2010-11 by current Miss BEA Nicole Reese (left). Amber McClure was first runner-up and Kaiden Dyke and Shaina Hahn tied for second runner-up. Kelsey will represent Bald Eagle Area at the Flaming Foliage Festival and at other parades and events during the upcoming school year.
