Message from Mr. Tobias

On Tuesday, June 16, we will be holding a school material collection day for students with the last names from A to L from 12:00-3:00 P.M. and from 4:00 -7:00 P.M.

On Wednesday, June 17, we will be holding a school material turn in day for students with the last names from M to Z from 12:00-3:00 P.M. and from 4:00 -7:00 P.M.

During this time, we will be collecting all school materials that students may still have in their possession.  This would include all school issued Chromebookscases, charging chords, calculators, textbooks, library books, sports uniforms, and any other school property that you may have in your possession.

These items may be dropped off at the front of the Middle/High School during the designated day and time listed above

Students may also pickup their pottery projects from Mrs. Cox’s class and their Middle School Yearbooks if they purchased one.  Please let the staff know if you need either of these items when they come to your vehicle.

Please have all return items bagged and clearly marked with your students name and grade to assist us in giving them credit for their return.  All unreturned school items will be placed on the student fine list.

Please pull up parallel to the curb.  This will assist in traffic flow, delivery and will eliminate the need for you to back up into traffic.  Parents and students are to remain in their vehicle throughout the process and a district representative will come to assist you at the curb  (STUDENTS DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT)

Items that you will need to have prepared beforehand to assist school personnel upon arrival:

1. All school materials for return, bagged and clearly marked as stated above.
2. Chromebook should be in the case, include a note describing if the unit is not working properly, and the chord should be attached to the case handle.

We will be collecting materials from roughly 400 students each day.  We will be as efficient as possible.  We ask for your patience, cooperation, and to have all the required information and materials prepared beforehand to expedite the process.

Thank you and enjoy the summer break!

 Mr. Tobias
