Meetings occur the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 4pm in the school library.

The Parent Teacher Organization provides parents, guardians, teachers, staff, and community members an opportunity to play an active role in the success of the Mountaintop Area Elementary School.  Volunteering, participation in school fundraisers, and collecting Box Tops are all ways that you can contribute to the success of our school.

Show your children by example the importance of giving your time and talents!

The staff and administration hope to work closely with parents and members of the community who can provide assistance at Mountaintop.  If you are interested in volunteering, complete a volunteer application and submit all three clearances (Act 34 Criminal Record, Act 151 Child Abuse clearance, and Federal Criminal History Record Act 114). Clearances must be renewed every three years. This important policy is to protect our children. If you are interested in being a volunteer in our school, please share your interest with your child's teacher or Mrs. Veneziano.
