STUDENT REGISTRATION 2023-2024
What an exciting time! Please look at the directions below and complete the registration information. This is such an exciting time in your life, and this is just the first step to the process. At any age, your child's education and success is our top priority!
For all Kindergarten Students, we will be having our annual Kindergarten Camp August 2nd and 3rd as well as a family night to go along with the camp. We will be here to guide and help all of you along the way. So, let’s get started and get ready to go to Kindergarten.

The following documents are required for student registration:
Birth Certificate (child must be five years of age by August 31, 2023 to register)
Immunization Records
Custody Papers (if applicable)
Completed Physical Form from your child’s doctor or an appointment date for your child’s physical.
