Helping Students Do (and Be) Their Best in Sports and School
Many students today experience performance anxiety and stress – whether it’s in academics, athletics, or the arts. In this workshop, students will learn practical mindfulness skills they can use to focus more clearly and calmly, and to reduce unhelpful worrying. These skills will help students transform their relationship with stress, so they can feel better while doing better – no matter what they’re doing! Parents, teachers, and coaches welcome, too.
