Attention Kindergarten through 5th grade parents.

May 13, 2020
Dear BEA Elementary Parents and Guardians:

Thank you so much for all of your amazing support and patience during this time. Each week has brought new challenges for all of us at so many different levels. The Bald Eagle Area community is the most strong and dedicated family I have ever witnessed. I am honored to serve as an administrator here. Please read the following information about important dates and times that have been arranged at each elementary school for picking up your child’s items.

Tuesday, May 26
Kindergarten & 1st Grade
10:00 am to 2:00 pm

Wednesday, May 27
2nd Grade & 3rd Grade
10:00 am to 2:00 pm

Thursday, May 28
4th Grade & 5th Grade
10:00 am to 2:00 pm

When you arrive at the school, pull up to the front of the school building, stay in your car, and your child’s teacher will bring the items to you. We will practice social distancing and teachers will be wearing face masks and taking necessary precautions during pick up times. If you have more than one child and want to pick up all items on one day, please contact your classroom teachers. Please note that classroom teachers will only be available on the designated days listed above.
If you have any library books or other school items at home, please bring them with you. Your child’s teacher or principal will collect those items from you when you arrive.

These dates may be later than you expected, but we plan on having all end of the year distributions included with your child’s items. This will avoid having to make another trip to the school to pick up additional items.

If you are unable to pick up your child’s items during the day, we will have an evening option available Wednesday, May 27, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Building principals will be at the schools that evening to distribute items. So we can plan accordingly, let your child’s teacher or building principal know if you plan to pick up items that evening.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your child’s teacher or building principal. Stay Strong!
