Dear BEA Community:Here is the latest on COVID-19 cases in our schools:. All four elementary schools have reported 0 cases over the past two weeks. I am not sure the last time that has happened but it is excellent news! There are a total of 8 individuals quarantined at the elementary schools combined.
At the MS/HS, we had one positive case this week and a two week total of two cases. Currently, 34 students are quarantined with many due back to school on Tuesday, May 4.
On a separate note, the district hosted its second Moderna shot clinic this past Thursday. We had 314 people receive their second dose of the Moderna vaccine.
