Fall 2022 Sports Physicals
It is time again to do the paperwork to play a Fall 2022 PIAA Sport (grades 7-12 for the 2022-2023 school year). The Fall sports we sponsor are cheerleading, cross country, football, boys golf (gr. 9-12), soccer & volleyball. You can complete the paperwork 2 ways:
1. on-line at www.planeths.com
2. get a packet outside the Attendance/Athletic Office.
You must have a physical to complete the packet. The physical must be dated for June 1, 2022, or later. You can get a free physical here at the school at 5:30 pm on:
1. Wednesday, June 8
2. Wednesday, July 27
If you don’t get a free physical at the school, you will need to get one at your physician’s office or med express location. The first official day of the PIAA Fall Sports season is:
1. Monday, August 8 – Golf & Varsity Football
2. Monday, August 15 – all other sports
Fall 2022 Sports Physicals Information
1. You can complete your paperwork on the internet by going to www.planeths.com. Directions are included in this packet. We would like to have as many people use this method as possible!!!!
2. FREE physicals will be administered at the school on:
• Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at 5:30 pm.
• Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at 5:30 pm.
You can report as early as 5 pm. When we are finished with the students that are in attendance we will not wait around for latecomers.
3. If you do not get a physical at the school, you will need to get one from your primary physician or at Med Express type facility.
4. All paperwork needs to be submitted www.planeths.com or in person to the Athletic Office by Friday, August 5th.
